– Ingredients of Edible Magenta Ink:
Deionized water: (E Number is non-applicable, 21 CFR references do not exist for water); humectant: E1520; emulsifier: E432; coloring: E133; coloring: E127; coloring: E102; preservative: E211.
– Ingredients of Edible Yellow Ink:

Edible Inks Gluten & Allergen Information
STS Edible Inks do not contain any of the major allergens that identified by FDA. The following ingredients are NOT used in this manufacturing facility and will NOT come into contact with the products being produced:
- Wheat
- Milks
- Eggs
- Fish
- Shell Fish (crustaceans)
- Peanuts
- Tree Nuts
- Soy Beans
Coco Loco products are also gluten free.
Coco Loco Black Edible inks contain Kosher Glycerin that is derived from Palm Oil, therefore allergic reactions might be seen in persons who are allergic to Palm Oil.
Coco Loco Cyan, Magenta and Black Edible inks contains less than 0.1% Kosher Polysorbate 20, Yellow and Cyan inks contain 0.1% citric acid, therefore allergic reactions might be seen in persons who are allergic to corn and corn derivatives.
